Arthur Castiglia is the founder and CEO of the Syndicate Alliance family of companies. He brings to Syndicate Alliance over 24 years of proven management and leadership experience as a Naval Special Warfare Officer and business executive. A service disabled combat veteran, Mr. Castiglia possesses extensive expertise in military and governmental sectors. During his twenty plus years as a high ranking US Navy SEAL, his duties ranged from leading combat missions, coordinating activities within the interagency, and interacting with foreign governments leading international cooperative activities. With knowledge on strategic policy, operations coordination and defense industrial base partnerships, he successfully managed all aspects of a $100 million dollar national level counter terrorism program out of the Pentagon. His proven track record of building and leading elite teams, establishing critical relationships and structuring international partnerships gives him the skill sets essential to Syndicate Alliance’s business efforts in defense contracting, acquisition solutions, and government procurement activities. An innovative tactical thinker and exceptional communicator, he has taken the Syndicate Alliance family of companies from ambitious startups to nearly $100 million dollars of Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs contracts awards in operational energy products and industrial chemicals, medical equipment and consumables, and defense articles.

John Waldheim
John Waldheim has over 26 years of defense industry experience as a US Navy logistician, special operations enabler, and defense contractor. He is an expert in Department of Defense procurement and acquisitions systems, contracting, budgeting, manufacturing, and logistics. As Chief Operating Officer he secured the functionality of Syndicate Alliance business operations and ensured the companies’ rapid and sustainable growth. Prior to co-founding Syndicate Alliance he held financial, analytical, and supervisory positions with the Northrop Grumman Corporation on numerous major defense acquisition programs. He also spent five years in the energy sector operating in the secondary petroleum markets as a facilitator and intermediate partner. Mr. Waldheim is a service disabled veteran who brings a vast military and commercial logistics background and unparalleled skills as a negotiator to Syndicate Alliance. His experience has perfectly positioned him to lead Syndicate Alliance business operations and navigate the complexities of the Department of Defense’s and Department of Veterans Affairs worldwide supply chain.
